1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return if:

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse

- Clearance or final sale products

Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement or exchange based on product availability.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
6. Shipping Charges
